What is the service voucher?
The service voucher is a system created for individuals domiciled in Belgium. Since 2004, it has evolved both in its legislation and in its form.
It allows you to use the services of a helper for various household chores in your home. Each title, equivalent to one hour, costs you € 9, from which you can get a tax deduction ! There are also many advantages to using service vouchers.

How to order service vouchers?
1. Registration
Fill out the online form or call one of our agencies.
Our team will take care of the establishment of the service contract, the employment contract, insurance, etc.
To obtain the titles, you must register for free with Sodexo .
according to the Region of your main residence. If you have any difficulty, do not hesitate to contact us. We will accompany you in your steps, at no additional cost.

As soon as you receive your Sodexo user number, you can order your paper or electronic tickets by making a transfer to your Sodexo bank account, always according to the Region of your main residence!
Service vouchers are valid for 8 months in Flanders and 6 months in Brussels and Wallonia.
You must order a minimum of 10 titles in paper format and a minimum of 1 in electronic format.

Once payment has been made, your paper vouchers will be mailed in within 3 business days of receiving your payment. You will then receive your titles at the delivery address mentioned during your registration.
As for electronic service vouchers, they will be visible in your secure area on the Sodexo site .
3. Order and receipt of securities
Our team of consultants is working to find you the household help corresponding to your criteria and your schedules. At the end of the daily service, you give your household help the duly completed tickets.

If you are in electronic format, it is your housekeeper who will encode his / her own service.
4. The beginning of the collaboration
Who is entitled to service vouchers?
Any individual domiciled in Belgium can purchase up to 500 service vouchers per calendar year, the first 400 at the price of € 9 and the last 100 at the price of € 10. Advantageous prices for carrying out your household chores!
